Bah! Had a very rubbish sail today. Nothing whatsoever to do with the weather - there was a good 20mph blowing up at Minster and it was gloriously sunny, but I sailed like a complete numpty. I haven't sailed that badly in absolutely ages. Thing is I don't know why. It was one or more of the following I guess:

1. Rigged too big really with a 6.5
2. Had a couple of glasses of wine at a party before going sailing
3. Wind was annoyingly onshore and there was lots of chop
4. Um.... I've run out of excuses. I guess I have just forgotten how to sail....

After all the great sessions I've had of late, it was frustrating to have a bad one today. I'm hoping that next weekend in West Wales will make up for it... please let there be wind!!
